Claremont Prestige

I booked 6 tickets to the prestige cinema in claremont. It was my first time in the prestige however I will not book another ticket again. The service was disgusting, had to wait about more that 10 mins for the order to be taken nearly missed the start of the movie and they forgot about the coffees. So guys before you book tickets at the prestige think twice do you really want to spend so much money on ****y services. So I would like a refund for my 6 tickets that I purchased for time wasted and very bad service.
