Cinemas out of order

My son and daughter went to the Riversquare Ster-Kinekor to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks. Bought two tickets popcorn and cooldrink, when they walked in they were told the aircon in this specific cinema is out of order. They must watch something else. They then bought tickets for another movie and then they could not watch that movie as well because there were problems. After a long discussion they refunded them as well as all the other people. It is at this stage the only cinema in the Vaal Triangle, they definitely must look at the service.
