Cinema without aircon
We went to see spectre in cinema 5 last night and the heat in the cinema was unbearable. I asked twice for it to be switched on I was told just now. The attitude was disgraceful. Needless to say they didn't switch it on, it was unbearable to sit there and we could not even enjoy the movie . People came out dripping with sweat and when we ask why it wasn't switched on the employee lies about his name . Utter disgrace .
