Cinema Prestige food ordering

<p>We went to see a move at Cinema Prestige at Mall of Africa on 3 January.</p> <p>After having to look for a clean couch (yes, please get someone to clean them), we proceeded to order from the menu. The waitress came back after a couple of minutes and told us that they only had rump and fillet. So out of about 8 meals listed on the menu they only had 2. What's the use of the menu then?</p> <p>I then changed our order to 2 rump steaks. When I told the waitress that the steaks should be medium, she told me that they only come in one size. ***! I then told her what "medium" means.</p> <p>When the food came, the rump was well done instead of medium (no surprise here), and the food was quite cold.</p> <p>The steak was also so small that I don't think any restaurant would charge more than R50, but you charge R115.</p> <p>If you want to serve food, you really need to rethink your strategy. Train your people properly, make sure that you deliver value for money, and that you actually have the items (or at least most of the items) that you advertise.</p>
