Cinema Prestige Eastgate - Bad, bad service

<p>Went 45min in advance of movie ... waited 30min before someone took our order. There was only1 instead of 3 waiters to assist. Only after complaining to management ourselves did they send 2 additional waiters ... this after the waiter herself went to complain to management who did not react. Shocking service for what should be a relaxing experience!</p>
