Cinema Prestige: A let down
Last Night (23/07/2015), I attended the 20:45 screening of Bajrangi Bhaijan at cinema prestige gateway. I took my parents to the cinema to experience prestige for the first time and was grossly disappointed and angered by what followed.

Upon proceeding to the prestige exclusive concession stand , we ordered popcorn but were left without the Prestige buckets and instead provided with the standard boxes. Both hot and cold beverage machines were offline and drinks had to be supp**** via the normal concession stand outside the prestige complex.

We entered the theatre at 20:40 only to find it had not been cleaned from the previous showtime. There were still popcorn boxes, soda cups remaining and the cinema had not been swept for a show set to begin in 5 minutes. Only upon vociferous complaining was any action taken.

The seating was also not functional as seats were found broken in the cinema.

Needless to say, this experience was not up to scratch for 3 tickets valued at R360. It also left a bad impression in the minds of first time prestige goers , who felt it was no different from a regular cinema.

I hope these complaints do not fall on deaf ears.
