Cinema Nouveau Rosebank - unsafe for the elderly

Cinema Nouveau Rosebank needs to switch the lights on at the end of movies so that elderly customers can leave safely, rather than expecting them to exit in total darkness. On two occasions in a short space of time we complained to management about this. Both times we were assured that it wouldn’t happen again. However after the second occurrence we decided no film was worth the risk so we stayed away from this cinema complex for a full year. Now we decided to give them another chance, hoping that the problem had been resolved. It has not. It appears nothing will be done to solve the problem until one of their customers gets injured.
