Cinema has no working A/C and LONG Trailers

On Friday the 11 December 2015 we Booked the new Bond movie at 20:45 ,The movie eventually only started at 9:20 after we complained about the long wait then half way through movie it was totally unbearable as they refused to switch the Air Conditioner on we where then forced to leave the cinema without seeing full movie as the heat and humidity was to much to bear.I have made contact with the Cinema management team and they say that it is totally normal to have their clients watch 35 minute trailers on top of a 148 minute movie (That's over 3 HOURS sitting in a cinema) I see this as a total disrespect of ones time.to add to all of this management says that they do not put on the Air Conditioning as clients complain its too cold,that's strange as we actually complained its too Hot!!!? I requested that they send me vouchers as we would like to watch movie finish at different branch and Keegan John says it will never happen as this is the way their Ster Kinekor cinemas are run.
