Cinema Experience -Sterkinekor

Good day

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted for my first and last experience at Ster-Kinekor N1 City. We went to the cinema on Thursday the 14/06/2018 to watch Nommer 37. Halftway through the movie myself and my husband noticed mice running up and down under the seats in front of us. This obviously freaked me out and I had to lift my legs to lean onto my husband as he didn’t want to leave as the movie had just become interesting. I left my popcorn on the floor and did not bother to pick it up and eat on it again as I wasn’t sure if there was a mouse inside. This is unacceptable as you supposed to be delivering a comfortable experience as we paid for it. I wasn’t even focused on the movie anymore as this was a huge thing for me. I was scared and uncomfortable.

On another note, the waiting area of the cinema has couches that look like people slept on them. They are in a terrible state and I was contemplating if I should even sit on them.

For further reference I have sent an email but I received no response.
