Cinema closed during operational hours

Good day,<br> <br> Last night, 1st December 2015, I went to the Ster-Kinekor theatre at the Newtown Junction cinema with 4 of my other friends. We had checked the movie slots/ show times for Spectre prior and decided to catch the 20:30 slot, whe we arrived there, the cinema was closed. <br> <br> I have raised this complaint and uploaded pictures I took while outside on your Facebook page and have not received a response still. Still was a waste of our time and petrol money. This is unacceptable, if some of your theatres are not going to stick to the show times shown on your mobile apps/ website, then I do not see the point of having the app and website.
