Cine Prestige experience was not worth the price

<p>Having paid for the premium movie experience, the Cine Prestige at Ster Kinekor in Cresta Mall, my husband and I were terribly disappointed. We walked into the VIP area and went unnoticed by the four staff members that were walking around. We sat down for 5 - 10 minutes without anyone assisting us and then we had to knock on the door leading to the kitchen for assistance. We were told that someone would take our order......another 10 minutes went by. We finally managed to get our order taken and proceed to the cinema. We noticed that many people that got in after us had received their orders first. When we did finally get our orders, it was during the movie which disturbed us and sadly, our pizza was stone cold. The cheese was hard and it was awful. The slush puppy had more ice and little to no flavouring. We are extremly disappointed as we paid more than the usual movie ticket price for the experience that your adverts claim to be as 'premium' but this was not the case. </p>
