Cine Prestige Cavendish - Poor Service Delivery
My girlfriend and I went to watch IT 2 last night at Cine Prestige Cavendish. It was the first time we watched a movie at Cine Prestige and we probably wont again. The movie itself was okay, quality was a little disappointing but i can live with that. I paid for a slice of Chocolate Cake (R45.50) before entering the cinema, our seat number was written down and everything but it never arrived. I assumed i misunderstood the Cine Prestige concept and was prepared to collect the slice of cake after the movie but there wasn't a person in sight outside the cinema. So bottom line, over paid for a slice of cake which i didn't even get to eat.

Its been about 3 weeks since your reply. Just so that you know i received no call and i have just about given up on hearing from your company.
I have never been let down by Nu Metro's service before and it will definitely be my go to place in future just based on the manor in which you've handled my feedback.
