Cine Premier chair broken

Myself and my girlfriend went on Sunday the 15th of February to watch deadpool at the cine premier lounge. We had no problems with staff or anything and had a very nice evening apart from my girlfriends chair didn't work, the recliner didn't stay up and constantly went down and nothing would work on her chair. It sounds like a silly thing to complain about but unfortunately we paid a lot of money for that experience and didn't get the whole package. It caused us to miss part of the movie in order to try and get someone to help us aswell as just us trying to sort it out.
