Charged my credit card but no Booking. Refuses to refund me.

Booked a Movie on the 26th. Card was charged for R565 No booking was confirmed due to their technical error Called in numerous times, completed a refund form, was promised numerous call backs and responses but to this date no refund issued. I am demanding that the refund with interest (13 days and counting), my airtime and my working time be re-imbursed.
