Charged for Imax experienc when it does not work!!
Booked online for Everest Imax at Cape Gate branch. When we arrived to collect our tickets, we were informed that the movie would not be shown in Imax, but we would still be charged R110 per person!! Some people were only later informed that it would not be shown in Imax after they have been ready to enter the cinema. A whole group came all the way from Somerset Wes to watch the Everest Imax, in non-Imax for R110!
