Charged double for a single booking
Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I booked online for ster kinekor tickets. I received 2 booking messages. One stated 0 x @ Thu 01 Jan for R243.50. I then received another sms stating the correct booking details. When i went online for banking to look at my credit card balance i see they charged me R487.00 which is double the price. I tried calling Ster kinekor but all i hear is the recording. Can someone please help. I have the sms and credit card evidence.
