Change of movie times without notification

We booked onlime for the 12H00 showing of fast and furious 9 at n1 city.

When we got to the cinema at 11H55 the movie was already playing and we were told by the manager that all movies were to start an hour earlier due to lockdown restrictions. Unfortunately we booked tickets before this announcement and ster kinekor never informed us about the changes and resulted in us missing approximately an hour of the movie. To top this off our cold drinks lids did not seal correctly and was spilt on us. We were also given old spice for our popcorn.

Disappointed would be an understatement.

We have emailed them regarding the matter and apart from receiving 2 reference numbers and a promise to be contacted, ster-kinekor has done nothing to correct this.
