Cavendish Ster-KInekor worst managed Theather

Ster-Kinekor Cavendish Cape Town What a ad experience for my family. In my opinion this is a poorly managed business. 1. No clear access to the theater with a wheelchair. no clear signage in mall, not even the security knew where we should go. we had to search ourselves. After taking two lifts we ended up having to take a small lift that so small and dark, i barely fit my wheelchair in. To make matters worse we had to unpack the ******* first. 2. aircons are off!! 3. We stood on a queue 40 mins and to be told at counter you have a new system, collections only!!! go to that other queue. 4. 30 mins in this queue and to be told cash only!!! 5. my wife and daughter missed 25 mins of the movie 6. The cokes we bought was warm and no gas 7. when my wife bought the tickets nobody ha the decency to say it is a 3D movie and ask if we need glasses; we had ro run out when watching the movie when we realized it, already having lost time.
