Cashiers with lip

I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of basic service that the cashiers at Ster Kinekor Newtown Junction mall have demonstrated. The cashier whose name is still a mystery to me over charged me then failed to acknowledge and to rectify her error. Instead she opted to go into a screaming match with me on how she was right and I was wrong even when the overwhelming evidence of her error was staring her in the face. Throughout all this, the manager just sorted out the over charge BUT failed to apologise. I missed 30 minutes of the movie calling their customer service line. I'm disgusted by the manner in which the matter was handled. Even their customer service centre did not have a manager available and Mpho Marakalala assisted me .
