Carelessness with lost property

On Friday I saw a movie at Ster-Kinekor Gateway. Upon getting home, I realised I forgot my jacket in the cinema, an easy mistake as it is very dark inside. I went back to go fetch it and was passed around from person to person, looking for my jacket. I was shocked to hear that there is no lost property and the cleaners had found it and carelessly hung it up on a sign board and casually informed me it must have been ****** as it was no longer where they left it for anyone to just help themselves to. You would think with the exorbitant prices you pay to watch a movie at Ster-kinekor, your belongings will be safe and looked after. I have phoned many, many times to absolutely no answer. I finally got hold of a manager on a cell-phone number, and she said she would look and phone me back. That was on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and I still have not received a phone call. My friends and I will not be visiting this cinema anymore, as if I happen to accidentally leave something behind in the dark cinema, I can be rest assured that it will be ******. Be careful.
