Card used without my consent.

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I am appalled by the kind of treatment that I got from Ster-Kinekor (MUSGRAVE). Someone used my card number at Musgrave centre and when I went to watch the movie, I was told that my card has already been used. <br> I am really angry because, I explained to the manager that no one has access to my card except myself so this is clearly *****, but they told me there is nothing they can do. I have wasted my money on lengthy calls to the call centre and them in tern said that I need to apply for a replacement card which is going to cost me money. I am really angry right now. I told them that I did not use my card nor gave it to anyone else for use. If they have access to the times and dates that my card was used, why can't they go to the security footage and check who used my card on that specific time? To me the issue is not really about my card use anymore, its just the fact that someone is getting away with ***** and they are just letting it slide so basically Ster-Kinekor is condoning *****. I am really beyond the word angry at this point.
