Cape Gate IMAX disaster
My brother and I went to see Mission: Impossible: Fallout in IMAX 3D at Cape Gate on 05/08/2018 20:45. We're used to IMAX 3D as we regularly visit it, but this was a horrible headache inducing experience for both of us. The right projector was clearly out of focus, verified this by closing one eye at a time. We couldn't find any staff to assist. If I can't experience the service I paid a premium for then I want a refund.
