Cant assist with Vitality discount cards

<p>Terrible exprience with East Rand mall Ster-kinekor - truly dissapointed with the service and they play this so well to make Vitality members pay the full price. I am reporting this to Vitality as well but want to warn others of this '****'. My vitality cards which we had before is now not working. I said okay that is fine then i would like to purchase new ones for myself and the kids. Then they were 'out of stock' -still waiting for delivery. So I asked the manager what he propose and he said I must go to a different Ster-kinekor and buy it there. He could see my kids inline and that they want to watch the movie . I had to buy normal tickets even though i am a vitality memeber. I dont buy this at all. This way they get customers to pay full price. So just a headsup for other Vitality memebers - cards 'doesnt' work at East Rand mall AND they 'dont' have any cards to buy!</p>
