cannot watch movies at the movies

We have been experiencing issues with the Irene Cinema on two occasions. 1st: On Sunday 03/12/2017 we went to watch ****** on the orient express and was advised that due to some technical issues, the movie is not showing. 2nd: On Tuesday 05/12/2017 we went back to watch ****** on the orient express (2 tickets) and Paddington 2 (4ticket) and was advised that due to water in their ceiling, the tickets can only be booked online. Whereby, we went online to book the tickets, but after rushing to register and book the tickets online, I kept on receiving an error from both the computer and mobile phone. Therefore, we could still not watch any of the two movies.

There is no indication on the website advising whether the matters have been resolved, and therefore, the customer should either contact them or drive there to find out whether the movies are available and/ or whether tickets can be purchased.
