Cannot see all my points and booking

<p>I wanted to qualify for a ster-kinekor VIP and I always book movies at Ster-Kinekor in newtown junction.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was a lady to whom I asked to check for my movies credits and the system was showing that the last movies I watched was Legend of Tarzan; while I did watch alot after that (BFG, Doctor Strange, Almost Christmas, Christmas office party, ********'s Creed, Independance day, X-men apocalypse and so much more). </p> <p> </p> <p>The agent was very rude with responses like the system never lies. I booked a movie and 48 hours after it was still not showing but they were so rude to help me again. I called the call centre and they asked me to bring all the receipt for previous watched movies, that's really insane.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please fix your system; since you start upgrading I cannot even login to the sterkinekor website.</p>
