Cancellation and Refund NOT POSSIBLE!!!

I made an erroneous booking at THE GATEWAY mall instead of THE GROVE online and asked the call centre people whether I could transfer the booking to THE Grove and they said NO , then I asked if I could cancel and get a refund and they said NO, our terms and conditions state that we will not refund. I am now down R658.25, booked at a movie house in KZN and NO ONE can help me! Not even an offer of a movie voucher to the value of my booking! I find this service UTTERLY pathetic and disappointing. I hope people stop using your service!
