Can you get a Self Service on Food & Drinks

So at Ster-Kinekor The Grove the process of buying a ticket with self-service works great, can you now find a way for me to help myself with popcorn and a drink so that I don't have to deal with your staff that sometimes tend to seem annoyed with their job. It's frustrating for me to feel as if your staff's job satisfaction is my problem. Me & my wife visit this branch every week or at-least bi-weekly but the products and services seem to be deteriorating at a staggering rate. Last night half of my popcorn box was filled with pips and popcorn bits & pieces, it was inedible. The slush puppy (when it is available) taste watery and really bad. Something has got to change otherwise we will be forced to go to the next closest cinema, which is Nu Metro in Menlyn.
