Can't handle customers

Well the manager at this branch hesitated to let me buy tickets for the young males I had with me even though they are 16 of age and the movie they wanted to watch was a restriction of 16 he doesn't ask anybody for identification but because they look young he just says no... I said they can prove especially since they know there dates of birth and are so excited cz they can watch the movie they want to but yet he still refused. This is bad as I work in a organisation which doesn't approve of lying or *******ion and would like this sorted they were not happy about this unfortunately I did not know they would have to bring an ID with. I'm not happy with the service there are 4 or 5 guys working behind the till but only one till is open they so busy taking stock while there is a huge line unprofessional.
