Call center is a useless service.

No help at call center empty promises to call you back total time spend on phone 40min. Booked 4 tickets paid tickets but system error showing I booked one less ticket but the one less is a love seat seat so how do you sell an open spot on the love seat. the service is pathetic. is there hope or should it be name and shame ask me to forward the phone recordings with pleasure.
