Brooklyn Mall - AVOID! Ster Kinekor Brooklyn Mall

I try to avoid going to Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria after the mall was opened to the square as it generally smells bad through the Mall area and I have found a lot of vagrants hanging around entering the Mall through the corridor by the square.I never feel safe in the Mall anymore but decided to go last week to see a movie with my son and grandson. The mall was hot and the one staff member told me the airconditioning throughout the mall really never works anymore. I then bought movie tickets and went into the cinema. I immediately noticed it was very hot, and went out to tell the black man who always takes the ticket about the problem, he assured me it will go on anytime now. Throughout the show we suffered and the airconditioning never went on, I started itching and found fleas on my clothes as I got into the car afterwards! The cinema smelt terrible inside and the seat was sticky and the floor grimy. The tickets cost me over R300 and the manager was not available as we left. I feel so cheated. I live just five minutes away from Brooklyn Mall but AVOID going there. So you decide for yourself...
