Broken toilets and theatre seats in SK Somerset Mall, no response to emails

<p>We alerted SK in early December 2016 regarding 2 broken toilet doors and no toilet paper in Ladies as well as badly worn seats(sitting on bare metal)"Dis koue kos, skat" and" Moana". They acknowledged receipt mid Dec, but despite 3 more emails from our side, their has been no response, leading us to believe that they are not really interested in customer service.</p> <p>Another customer review pointed out the same issue, same location (Coetzee) and claimed that the toilets has been like this for at least 6 months.</p>
