Broken Cinema Prestige Seat & Poor Service

Terrible customer service from the manager, Nkuli who was unhelpful and unapologetic for the state of his branch facilities. We had broken seats in the Cinema Prestige theatre in which we watched Spectre last night.The seats would not be swapped out, and we had to wait till the end of the movie just to speak to the manager about it. The aircon was set too low that it felt like winter in the cinema. The bathrooms are smelly, unhygienic and not well maintained. It's not good enough to say come back the next day and we'll give you a voucher for offering you substandard service and facilities that need serious maintenance. You inconvenienced me and I will not recommend Ster-Kinekor Sandton in future.
