Broken Air Conditioner

I bought 4 tickets to see a very popular movie at Ster Kinekor on 2 January 2016. It was an extremely hot day and we looked forward to a movie experience with Air Conditioning as expected. We were not informed of the broken Air Conditioner until after our tickets were checked and torn at the cinema's entrance. We were not offered a refund or to see a different movie. No signs indicated that we should expect the air conditioning not to work. The movie was almost 3 hours long, which we spent in extremely unpleasant conditions, as the cinema was filled with people.<br> <br> I asked to speak to the manager after the movie, but was told that he was not available. I love Ster Kinekor and have come to expect excellent service from them. This is, unfortunately, unacceptable.
