Booking seats
<p>I would like to complain about your booking seats in cinemas. We went to Mall of Africa to watch fast and furious. We were early to book our seats and saw that there were love seats avalaible. But when choosing them the system did not allow us as there is a open seat between the love seat and other seat. When asking a staff member she rep****. Its the system. My opinion is that this is a stupid system not to allow to choose those seats. Because of that we decided to just skip the movie. Will you please have a re-look at your seat allocation system. Dissapointed customer.</p>
