Booking on the Ster Kinekor Website
Whoever made this Website should go back to school. More than once I have gone through the whole procedure, which in itself is a ***** up (having to enter your Value cards, before even choosing a seat? how dumb!) only to find that the payment went through, but the booking wasn't completed. Now I have to the branch to get my money back, only for it to happen again! Not to mention numerous freezes on the site and just an absolute mess of a lay out. Been going to Ster-Kinekor for years now, but this is just terrible services...and tis suppose to improve the way you garner your ticket, not hinder it.
