Booking farce

I booked 3 tickets for Jupiter Ascending at the Prestige Cinema at Cradlestone. We were all looking forward to this experience.<br> Unfortunately after paying that price and then not even being able to get a cup of coffee (let alone a snack) I was told that the refreshment part of the Prestige was not working. Why was I not told this when booking? When I asked for some sort of compensation (even a small popcorn) I was laughed at. <br> I hate paying a premium price and only getting half of the premium service. <br> The cinema itself was great and the seating excellent. But what a disappointment. Others were mumbling as well.<br> We had to go to a special queue at the refreshments where one person was serving. With only 4 people in front of me it took just on 20 minutes to get served -- and then only when second person arrived to serve. The other queses were going very fast as they had 2 people at each till. Very disappointed and do not know if I will try this again.
