Booked movie,cancelled and ignored by Ster Kinekor

On Friday, 13 February 2015 I booked 5 tickets for \Annie"at theater 7 at Boksburg E Rand Mall Ster Kinekor online at approx 17:45pm. When we got there(and this was a special occasion for my daughter and her friend that they have been seeing forward to for the last 2 weeks)- we got told that Head Office changed theater 7 to \""50 shades of grey\"" at 17:20pm earlier that evening.Head Office had 25 min to change it online and they didn't -otherwise I couldn't have and woudn't have booked any tickets at all! They gave us our money back and that was it!No other children's movie was available to watch(youngest child is 7and half yrs old)and there was 4 cinemas made available to \""50 shades of grey\""!!!That is pathetic"
