Blurry movie, rude staff

<p>On 16 December 2016 my family and I had to Star Wars Rogue 1 in 3d at the Ster-Kinekor Sandton city cinema when the picture was out of focus. We complained twice to staff during the movie, but they just ignored us and walked away. The picture improved a little during the course of the movie but was always still out of focus and our eyes hurt afterwards. </p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Ster-Kinekor and Sandton City that night, and tweeted them. They kept saying they were looking into it until eventually a month later Ster-Kinekor said my complaint was 'resolved' without even saying how. I asked them on email and Twitter how the complaint was resolved, and as at 19 January 2017 I am still waiting for a reply.</p>
