Blue route Cinema sound cutting out and horrible popcorn

Went to go so Knives out with my wife for our anniversary. Shared a large popcorn and coke. #0 mins into the movie, the audio cut out. Now this being a who dunnit movie, missing 2 mins is crucial. After myself and an elderly gent went to eventually find someone, they fixed the sound, but never rewound to where the issue started. We sucked it up and carried on watching. This happened again 30 mins later, with the same result. The whole crowd were getting upset at missing parts of the movie's dialogue. To top it all off, our popcorn tasted fine at first, but the further down we got into the tub, the more burnt it tasted. After the movie finished at around 22:30, there was not one Ster kinekor employee to be found to lodge a complaint. They were all hiding in the office.
