Birthday voucher is a *****

I am extremely disappointed. I went to the movies today to claim my birthday voucher and was told it wouldn't work.
It was not expired and I was going to watch the lion king which is on its 8th day of release and thus meets the criteria of "a week since release".
I have attached my ticket that I then had to pay for which has left a sour taste towards your company as you have not performed on your obligation.
