Billing

Today at 15h58 I bought two 3d tickets and 3d glasses for the 17h30 movie at Ster Kinekor Centurion. I paid the total amount due for the tickets and the 3d glasses with my bank card at the self service kiosk. The machine however only printed the slips for the movie and not for the glasses. There was absolutely no personnel on the floor and the security guard told me that all of the staff were in a meeting. I returned back to Sterkinekor at 17h00 and told the staff member on duty that I did not receive a slip for the 3 d glasses but that you can see on my bank payment notice that I have paid for the 3d glasses. The staff member refused to assist, upon which I insisted to be assisted by the manager on duty. The said manager also refused assistance and advised that as I can produce no slip for the glasses I can not get the glasses, they did not even bother to check and see if the self kiosk machine maybe just ran out of paper and insisted that I buy another two set of glasses. I left the cinema as I was not willing to spend more money on something I have already paid for, and left the cinema because I could not watch a 3d movie without glasses, suffered a total loss of R144
