Billed twice - when will i get my refund

On Saturday afternoon I had my worse experience at the movies in Gateway Umhlanga. After waiting in a queue for 45 min for popcorn and coke not mention the order was wrong and the staff pretending to be dumb made me more angry. <br> I picked up there was a double billing on by account when I asked for it to be corrected I was told wait 2 days and then come back with my bank statement for a refund<br> Rajev Lachman the manager was no help at all with his unapologetic I cant help you attitude. He also gave me the wrong number for complaints<br> The service was disgusting I will never go back there again!!I want my refund immediately <br>
