BEWARE No Cancellations or Ammendments to bookings!

<p>Ster kinekor are ridiculous! How can any booking system not allow any ammendments to a booking?? Are they that afraid of losing money? </p> <p>All I wanted was to add a ticket to my booking, but to do that I needed to move the seats booked as the group wanted to sit together, as people do when going out together! I called the contact centre only to be told that I need to go to the cinema itself to make a change. I then enquired about cancelling and redoing the booking only to be told that that was not possible at all and is against SK policy. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible service + terrible attitude towards clients!</p>
