Behavior of the staff towards its customers.
This review is not for the availability of snacks/food at the cinema or the seating, but the behavior of the workers towards the customers. I went to the cinema (Ster-Kinekor in Musgrave center) on the 3rd of January with my cousins. The cashier was extremely rude and it seemed as if she never want to assist at all (maybe because it was the last show which is at 10:00pm).
