Bad website booking
I recently tried to book online for a movie and the website then booked at the wrong location for me. I then went to the nearest Sterkinekor asking for assistance to change the location. They told me theres nothing they can do I must call the call centre. I dont understand why theres staff at Sterkinekor if they cant assist customers with simple issues like the one I had. I had to repay the full amount because "there was nothing the could do"
