Bad View

Had such a poor service experience on Tuesday evening. Bought last minute movie tickets and our seats we booked were nowhere to be found. We were walking up and down and eventually asked staff for assistance. We were told we could sit anywhere else but had to keep moving as the seats we then chose were already booked. We went back to staff asking them to rather check on their system which seats are not booked so we can just take those seats. The staff member comes back and tells us the seats we booked are available ( I took pictures they were not) but we can also sit in B row, with no apology for the way we were shunted around. The cinema setup is terrible with mismatched searing. I would not recommend this Cinema at all.
