bad treatment

Went to greenstone with my three year old boy to whatch fast n furious 7,before I bought a ticket I asked one of the cashier if my boy can come with since its action movies and he sad yes the problem is when I get to the gate pass was told kids are not allowed while still standing there argue an Indian women was allowed to go inside with three kids, two of the kids were less that 5 and d oldest was between 7 and 8 and movie age restriction was 10 years. I asked the manager what is the difference between my boy and those kids as they were allowed access and they were my boy's age and worst part they not going to watch a kids movie but avengers the manager by the name of Sophia failed to respond but told me I will not be allowed to go inside that is that, when I asked her that I would like to lay a complain she said the machine is not working then I asked the other staff to help he said he doesnt have the number. How are we suppose to raise our complaints as customers if I was told they don't know the number to call and machine is not working? I would like to be treated the same irespective of anything. Every customer deserves the same treatment.
