Bad sound and picture quality

We went to see Jurassic Park on Saturday July 7th at at 20:45 pm.Even during the adverts before the movie started I noticed the sound was very soft and not sounding right, but thought it would correct itself once the movie started. I was wrong. The sounds was very bad - dialogue was incredibly soft while the sound effects and music were loud. We asked twice for the sound to be turned up/fixed but it did not help. Very disappointing as we missed most of the dialogue due to bad sound quality.The screen was also very dim and dark, more than normal when watching a 3d movie. It was not a great experience for us, and for the price you expect the surround sound to be working perfectly and to be able to follow the dialogue.
