Bad service received

We as a family went to the movies on Friday night to watch Deadpool as we were waiting for this movie for a while to start now. First of all the service received when buying the tickets was not that great as they were slow and chatting (personal conversation) to other people waiting for the movies to start and not concentrating on her work, secondly when we bought our snacks we waited long and had to repeat order a few times as if she was not focussed. This however was not as big issue but then we went to watch the movie and after being seated for a while we found that it was extremely hot in the movie house. My husband did go to inquire about the aircon and was told this is not currently working, what a shock it was as it was busy and to watch a long movie in the heat of a movie house is not on hey and Gauteng also experienced a heat wave. As I as a person get hot very easily and using chronic medication this was very inconvenient for us. We just could not sit it through and left long before the movie was finished and rather left. Just feel it is unfair to pay so much for movies and not get told beforehand that the aircons is not working just to not get to watch the full movie.
