Bad service. Pathetic staff

<p>OKay so yester day I whas as Vaal Mall ster-Kinikor and for the fourth time I could not use my club card. Everytime I call the people to help me because the card is not workin and they can not help me. The manager came and tried to convince me several times that it is fixed but it is not. You can see they have no clue of what is going on and is very ***********. So after mabe a half an houre of struggling I told them like the other times listen my movie is going to start I have to go and pay again without getting discount or points. And the after that I went to get my drinks and I orderd coke and the gave me coke zero. I asked for ice and it came without ice. Not just mine but my girfriends one aswell.</p> <p>Now this is nou 4 times of VERY bad service and *********** "Supervisors/Managers" helping me and nothing is done yet.</p> <p>Personally I think the problem is with staff that does not know what is going on in the busness.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over it !!! And the Prestige is over prices against all the other places.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will not recoment !!!!!</p>
